    1. Added a new shortcode flash_video
    2. Changed how the featured post thumbnails are pulled, as of v1.0.3 the default WordPress post thumbnails are used.
    Please note:
    • The WordPress ‘featured thumbnail’ box still won’t appear, use the ‘Thumbnail Image’ field in General Options metabox to set the featured thumbnail.
    • You will not need to re-define a ‘featured thumbnail’ for any of your posts (If they already have WP featured thumbnails defined).
    • If you have already defined a featured thumbnail for any post using the old method (prior to v1.0.3), it will still be used until you update this post. After updating the post, the old thumbnail image value will be erased and you will need to re-define it in General Options metabox -> Thumbnail Image.
